How do I change my Password?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Enter, and confirm your new password, scroll to the bottom of the page, and press Save. Voila – it should now be changed.
How do I change my Username?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Enter your new Username, scroll to the bottom of the page, and press Save.

How do I change my profile photo?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Click one the 'browse' button. This will load up a pop up which will allow you to pick a file from your computer. Select the file from your computer (by clicking open), then scroll to the bottom of your ‘Edit Profile’ page and click the ‘Save’ button.
How do I change my age / location / gender?
To change any of these, click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. At the top of the page, select the green button that says ‘Preferences’. You can change all of the above here.
How do I stop my age showing on my profile?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. At the top right of this page, select the green button that says ‘Preferences’. Under ‘Date of birth’, un-tick the button that says ‘Show age on profile’.
How do I change my favourite artists / nights?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. At the top right of this page, select the green button that says ‘Preferences’. Scroll down the page until you get to ‘Preferences’. Here you can select your favourite DJs and Nights. Tick the box to have them included in your profile, untick the box to remove from profile.
Or, you can add a DJ when you're on their page, by simply clicking the 'Add (DJ Name)' link in the left hand navigation.
How do I edit what I see in my Newsflash?
The information in your Newsflash is determined by your friends, and favourite Nights and DJs. If you’re seeing a lot information about a night or DJ you’re not interested in, you’ll need to remove it from your favourites – see above. If you’re seeing a lot of information about a person and don’t want to receive this info, you’ll need to remove that person from your friends. Go to their page, and click the 'Remove (friend name) from my friends' link.
Please note, if you have told us that you like a certain genre of music, we will let you know about all music uploaded in that genre, even if the specific DJ isn’t in your favourites.
How do I add nights to my calendar?
Go to the ‘What’s On’ section and look at the list of what’s on. Select the event you want to go to by clicking the logo next to it. In the event page, click the ‘Say I’m Going’ link at the bottom. This will be added to your profile calendar.
How do I see which of my friends are going to a night?
Go to the ‘What’s On’ section. In the navigation on the left hand side, you’ll see the ‘Friends Attending’ link. Click this and it will list parties your friends are going to. You can also look at an event itself, to see who is going to the event.
How do I find a friend?
To see if a friend is already a member, use the ‘Find People’ search on the left hand side of your profile page. Enter their name, or part of their name, and press the ‘Search’ button. You can also use the ‘show all members’ button to list everyone. To invite people to become your friend, click this link.
How do I add / change a video on my profile?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. At the top right of this page, select the green button that says ‘Preferences’. Scroll down the page until you get to ‘Video’. Enter the Youtube URL in this box, scroll to the bottom of the page, and press ‘Save’.
How do I add photos to my profile?
To upload photos to your profile click the 'My Photos' link in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Within your photo album page, click the 'upload photos' button.
On the upload photos page you will see 5 upload boxes. Click one of the browse buttons. This will load up a pop up which will allow you to pick a file from your computer. After picking the file from your computer (clicking open) you may continue to browse for a further 4 pictures. Next click the 'Upload' button and your pictures will be uploaded.
You can always click the 'upload photos' button again within your photo album to upload a further set of 5 pictures.
When looking at your pictures you can 'tag' them. If you click the 'Tag This Photo' button, you can tag your photos as being taken at an End Event and featuring your Friends and DJs/Artists.
How do I leave a 'Post It' note on someone’s page?
You’ll need to be friends with someone to leave them a note. Scroll down to the bottom of their page to the Post It! Section. Enter your text and then click the green ‘Post Note’ button.
How do I sign up to The End / AKA’s weekly newsletter / eflier?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. At the top right of this page, select the green button that says ‘Preferences’. Scroll down the page until you get to ‘End Communications’. Tick the boxes next to the efliers you want to receive.
How do I stop receiving The End / AKA’s weekly newsletter / eflier?

How do I stop receiving notifications to my email inbox when friends add me / do something within the community?

How do I let people send messages from their profile to my profile inbox?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Scroll down the page to the bottom where it says ‘Private Message Settings’. Tick the box that says ‘Allow private messages’.
How do I stop people sending messages from their profile to my profile inbox?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Scroll down the page to the bottom where it says ‘Private Message Settings’. Un-tick the box that says ‘Allow private messages’. Please note, you cannot block specific users from sending you messages – it’s everyone or noone. You can report users who are sending annoying messages by clicking the ‘report this member’ link at the bottom of the member’s profile page.
How do I get notified to my email inbox when someone sends me a message from their profile to my profile?
Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation on your profile page. Scroll down the page to the bottom where it says ‘Private Message Settings’. Choose one of the message notification settings – ‘Never’, ‘Daily’ or ‘Every Message’.
How do I stop getting emails when someone sends me a message from their profile to my profile?

How do I close my account?
