The End’s roll call of drum & bass nights over the years includes the crème de la crème of the scene’s labels. The roll call would certainly lack some of its gloss were it not for the inclusion of a certain Bristol-based outfit spearheaded by a bunch of Mercury Prize winners. In 1997, Full Cycle was at the peak of its creative powers, the Reprazent project had brought drum & bass to the attention of the masses and Full Cycle was the crew’s spiritual, underground home. They held their nights at The End between 1997 and 1999, and whilst the critics were waxing lyrical over Reprazent, the Full Cycle crew comprising Roni Size , Krust , DJ Die , Suv , D Product and Dynamite MC and a handful of special guests were getting down to the sounds of the most celebrated crew in d&b.
