Ben Watt and Jay Hannan started Lazy Dog on Sundays at the Notting Hill Arts club in 1998. The night pretty much invented Sunday clubbing, and far outgrew its home as the queues to get in stretched around the block. In order to accommodate all the extra Lazy Dog fans, Ben and Jay threw a series of parties on Fridays at The End, and even toured all over the world, closing on an emotional note with one last knees up at The End on May 16th 2003.  You can still hear Ben Watt playing regularly at The End for his Buzzin’ Fly parties, which attract a similarly loyal and clued up crowd.
