Biography

A long standing purveyor of real house music and a great talent behind the decks, in the studio and on the radio – Lottie has been a fixture on the scene for over a decade. She got her first break with a residency at The Gallery, Turnmills in 1996, and three years later won Best New DJ at the Muzik Awards. Lottie ran and DJ’d at Misdemeanours – AKA’s legendary Thursday night which ran for five years. It started as a gathering for friends to gather and have a drink and a dance to, and grew to become the key midweek party for the music industry, eventually going on tour and hosting riotous parties from Paris to Miami. Lottie started the label of the same name in 2002, releasing tracks by Steve Mac, Mutiny, Marques Wyatt and herself – including one of her biggest tunes ‘Supakilla’. Regularly filling in for Danny Rampling and Pete Tong on Radio 1, and even appearing on Channel 4’s ‘Faking It’ show helping coach a classical musician to become a DJ – is there no end to the girl’s talents?
