London-based Dekker originally learnt his trade playing hip hop, bashment and proper electro around the capital’s parties and clubs. But it was in 2007, as half of MissOddKidd & Dekker, that his profile soared – seeing him playing festivals from Bestival to Glastonbury, and gracing our airways on Radio One. He also launched his monthly Apocalypso night at rave-pub the Old Queens Head – with guests like UNKLE, New Young Pony Club, Phones and Hannah Holland all reflecting his own DJ style of chopping up cutting edge electronic beats, acid, disco and basslines. Production-wise, Dekker has been busy in the studio with production partner Johan on various tracks and remixes - see his myspace page for more.
