Les Georges Leningrads hail from Montreal, Canada – originally 4 members they became a trio after their bassist departed. They have the honour of being twice named ‘Freakiest Local Act’ by readers of the Montreal Mirror – and deservedly so if anyone has seen their bizarre stage costumes or listened to strange but wonderful vocals of lead singer Poney P. They brought their fantastically eccentric stage show to Trash in 2005.
