Luciano is one of the most highly regarded DJ’s of the current techno scene, and anyone who has heard the Swiss / Chilean DJ and producer behind the decks knows that his reputation is not unfounded. Weaving together house rhythms with minimal techno, powerful melodies and earth shattering basslines – he drops you down and picks you up again and again, until the crowd are about to explode – the energy in a Luciano set is infectious. He’s released tracks on labels such as Perlon, Klang, Transmat and Peacefrog – as well as on his own label Cadenza, whilst he puts out slower more downbeat tracks under his other project name Lucien-n-Luciano. He joined Mr C in the main room to help him celebrate twenty years behind the decks in June 2007.
