Peaches is the original potty mouthed electro-punk diva, whose stage shows make Kiss look like a barbershop quartet. With songs such as ‘Fuck the Pain Away’ and ‘Tent In Your Pants’, plus a second album entitled ‘Fatherfucker’ and a third ‘Impeach my Bush’ – she has hardly been one to avoid controversy or the limelight. She sounds like electro jumping into bed with trash-rock and inviting punk along for the ride. Her most recent project is a live band featuring three other equally talented and unconventional female musicians, including Samantha Maloney – the drummer from Courtney Love’s band Hole. Peaches is a truly individual star amongst a wealth of identikit preened and polished singers - it’s no surprise that Erol booked her for his legendary Monday Trash party.
