Probe and drum & bass go back a long way.  Kicking off his DJ career in the early 90s, Probe has been one of the mainstays of Kool FM, the most important pirate radio station in the development of drum & bass and jungle, with a weekly show that has been running for 13 years and counting.  As the 90s rolled on, so did Probe’s career, becoming an ever-present face on the London scene and regular at clubs such as Fabric, Movement and here at The End.  As the 90s became the 00s, Probe’s studio career began with a collaboration with Sylo, which has since become a rock-solid partnership.  They’ve released on such key labels as J Majik’s Infrared, Drumsound & Bassline Smith’s Worldwide Recordings and TOV.  And here on Endclub.com you can find a recording of Probe doing his thing behind the decks at a TOV night, appropriately The Big Rewind, a night that embraces the history of drum & bass.
