Swedish techno DJ and producer Tomas Andersson is best known for creating the electro-techno monster ‘Washing Up’, which was hammered by every electro DJ worth his salt, remixed by Tiga, and even selected as the signature music for a Swedish TV series. When he started out his music career he was still a law student in Stockholm, but the law quickly fell by the wayside as music took over. In 1999 he started his own label, Average Records, but it was after releasing some tracks on the now defunct Longhaul label that he started to make name for himself, releasing his debut album for them in 2002. He’s currently signed to Ellen Alien’s excellent BPitch Control label.
