Werner is a faithful and long standing resident of The End and AKA’s monthly Sunday gathering Clandestino.  His career in the music industry stretches way back to 1992, but his most memorable work has been under the guise Notenshun alongside Lofty which has seen him releasing music for the fantastic Chillifunk Records for many years.  His work incorporates the best of classic soul as well as Detroit-inflected electronica.  His remix abilities have seen him reworking tracks by such luminaries as Spirit Catcher, Phonique, Robert Owens and Lenny Fontana, whilst his DJ abilities make him an integral part of Clandestino.  The second Notenshun album is on the way, tracks from which can be caught on the first Sunday of every month here at The End and AKA!
