I'm not one to moan but I've got to say what the f_ck happened to the Howeller at the last 'Dig Deeper' night? Some friends and I, who saw him last year , wanted to make a right old night of it but unfortunately Danny was already 'away with the fairies' when the club opened and proceeded to keep the musical soundscape as flat as a pancake right up until we left (early and disappointed!) - not a peak in sight despite DH having done the hardest thing of all: to build a deep air of anticipation and tension! We suspected he has been squirreled away practicing with sample CDRs and honing his studio prepared looping skills which is all good and well but not all night long! What a waste when he is/was a fantastic entertainer - note from the floor: sort it out!! Mr.Pooh X
