Riton, aka Henry Smithson, began his dance music career in the 90s, originally releasing records through renowned hip hop label Grand Central Records. He was the first artist to release any alternative to hip hop on the label, with two electro albums released via the imprint, ‘Beats Du Jour’ and ‘Homies and Homos’. He’s gone on to become one of hottest remixers, producers and DJs around.

Riton's music contains elements of electro, house, jazz and hip hop, whilst his knack for a remix has seen him reworking the likes of Mylo, Scissor Sisters, Robbie Williams, Kylie and stacks more. With recent releases on DJ T’s Get Physical Records, and Tiekschwarz’s Souvenir Records, Riton continues to go from strength to strength and can be found playing here at The End at such nights as Bugged Out! and Chew The Fat!.
